FI Tech AI auto-generates punch list candidates from drone-captured indoor 360° walkthroughs and CCTV footage — image-classification models flag exposed rebar, unfinished tile, missing fire extinguishers, and wrong-color paint, geo-tagged to BIM coordinates. Reviewer accepts or rejects each AI candidate; accepted items push directly to the customer's PMIS (Procore, BIM 360, Aconex) with photo evidence.
