BIM (Building Information Modeling) is the structured 3D + metadata digital twin of a built asset. ISO 19650 defines the international workflow; native formats include Revit RVT, IFC (open), and Bentley DGN. Saudi Arabia mandates BIM Level 2 for all government projects above SAR 100 M as of 2023. FI Tech consumes BIM as the as-designed baseline against which drone-captured as-built reality (orthomosaics, photogrammetry meshes, LiDAR point clouds) is automatically diffed.
